I originally put this site up on Oct 5, 2004. At the time, I only put the home page up because all the other pages I had intended to upload were duplicates of my other personal site at MNSi.net.

Search engines tend to frown on duplicate pages so I was planning to revise them before providing links to this page. There were only 35 odd pages involved, so I thought it would only be a couple of weeks before I had then all revised. However it didn't happen. The site remained unchanged for over a year. Checking the search engines a year later, non of the unique text in the old home page can be found, so it is safe to assume that no search engine bot has ever indexed the old home page that existed here for over a year.

So the work I did a year ago was never seen by anything or anybody but myself. It is as if it didn't exist. The old home page has now been moved to www.leonard-jones.com

The Web host for this site is FreeWebSiteHosting.com which provides free hosting in return for the privilege of puting advertising on the site. The advantage of FreeWebSiteHosting.com over most free hosts is that if allows FTP. If you have more than 5 pages on a site then you want FTP.

I find it remarkable that Leonard-Jones.com was available when there are so many Leonard Joneses out there. DomainSource.com 17800 Shasta Lake Rd. Lakehead, CA 96051 USA is squatting on LeonardJones.Com, which is against the rules. With a fair amount of hassle I could force them to transfer it to me.

I shall be adding a few more pages later.
